  • Keep your login details secure and do not share your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Splearni provides online learning materials, practice questions, and tools to help students prepare for exams like JAMB, WAEC, and NECO.
  • We also offer courses in coding and technology, and an option to book virtual tutors through a guided onboarding process.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

  • Some content or features may require payment or a subscription.
  • Prices and billing intervals are shown at checkout.

5. Virtual Tutor Booking Disclaimer

  • Tutor availability depends on your selected subject, level, and time zone.
  • We vet tutors, but learning outcomes can vary by student effort and study habits.
  • Always confirm session details in the WhatsApp chat before payment, where applicable.

6. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

  • Use Splearni only for lawful, educational purposes.
  • Do not share exam questions illegally, cheat, harass others, or attempt to hack or disrupt the service.
  • Do not upload content that is harmful, discriminatory, or violates intellectual property rights.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Splearni owns the platform, design, and original content. All rights are reserved.
  • You may use materials for personal study only and may not resell or redistribute them without permission.

8. Termination or Suspension of Accounts

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
